 * Recipients of the boxes will be selected by a draw if the number of applicants exceed the amount of boxes.


[Eligible applicants]
Households that reside in the following target area and meet all of the following application conditions


(Target area)
Households in the following prefectures where a state of emergency and/or priority measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 was declared in 2021 qualify for application of the food item boxes.


Hokkaido, Miyagi Prefecture, Fukushima Prefecture, Gunma Prefecture, Tochigi Prefecture, Saitama Prefecture, Ibaraki Prefecture, Chiba Prefecture, Tokyo, Kanagawa Prefecture, Toyama Prefecture, Shizuoka Prefecture, Ishikawa Prefecture, Yamanashi Prefecture, Gifu Prefecture, Aichi Prefecture, Shiga Prefecture, Mie Prefecture, Kyoto Prefecture, Osaka Prefecture, Hyogo Prefecture, Okayama Prefecture, Hiroshima Prefecture, Kagawa Prefecture, Ehime Prefecture, Kochi Prefecture, Fukuoka Prefecture, Saga Prefecture, Nagasaki Prefecture, Miyazaki Prefecture, Kumamoto Prefecture, Kagoshima Prefecture, and Okinawa Prefecture. (Application conditions) * Households that meet all of the following conditions
1. Reside in the target area
2. Include dependent (children) between the ages of 0 and 18
3. Income percent tax exempt households or equivalent

When applying, please take a photo of one of the following documents and attach it to the application form as a photo file or PDF file.


● Notice of Municipal Tax/Prefectural Tax Special Collection of Reiwa 3rd year (2021)
● Tax Exemption Certificate for 2021 
● Certificate of Child-rearing Allowance (Jido Fuyo Teate) (2021 or 2022)
● Certificate of public welfare assistance 


* If there are two parents (caregivers) with taxable income, please attach a document for each of them (excluding the certificate of Child-rearing Allowance and the certificate of public welfare assistance).
* We may contact you at a later date in case we need to confirm the documents you send.

Food and information provision (1 set per household)
・ Food set (5 kg of rice, noodles, retort pouch food as a side dish, seasonings, sweets, etc.)
* We do not respond to individual needs related to allergies. If you have any food allergies, please check the product label before consuming. It is the responsibility of the recipient to manage the hygiene of the food items after receiving and to deal with allergies that could be caused by them.
・ Leaflets for children's mental care, etc.
Food items contained in this box are provided by companies who have agreed with the purpose of the "Winter Vacation Children's Food Support Box".

[From application to shipping]
Recipients of the boxes will be selected by a draw among the applicants who meet the conditions if the number of applicants exceed the amount of boxes, and the boxes will be sent by the end of December.



[Protection of personal information]
 The personal information submitted through the application form and e-mail will be used for the purpose of implementing the project, conducting questionnaires to the applicants, and providing information on the activities of Save the Children Japan to the applicants, and Save the Children Japan will be responsible for managing and storing the information. The personal information submitted by the applicant will be disclosed to Intercrew Advance Ltd. who will be entrusted with a part of the work for the implementation of this project, and the personal information will not be provided to any other third party without the applicant’s consent. The company will use this information only for the purpose of implementing this project in accordance with Save the Children Japan’s privacy policy, and will delete this information as soon as their task concerning the project is completed.
